Tips For Eating With Veneers
- Avoid foods that are overly sticky or chewy.
- Don’t bite into anything excessively hard – like ice.
- Wear a nightguard if you grind your teeth at night.
- Keep your regular dental appointments.
- Brush and floss your veneers as you would your natural teeth.
