Before you visit us here at Chatswood Dental Associates it is important that you know what you can expect from us when you arrive. Apart from a smiling face when you walk in, highly skilled staff and access to the latest equipment and technology, we have many commitments that we are happy to make to you.

FROM US

Records: A full set of records will be taken of your dental health. During your time with us, we will take x-rays of your teeth and jaws (where necessary) to get a full understanding of your current dental health. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to ask.

Our Treatment: After considering your desired outcome and the condition of your oral health, we will always provide you with the optimal treatment options. The goal is to make sure you are completely happy with the expected outcome, the costs and procedures involved. This makes for a very easy and enjoyable relationship throughout your visits with us. We know that sometimes financial constraints may prevent you from having the best immediately, so please feel free to discuss a long term treatment plan.

Being on Time: We will undertake to be on time. If for some unforeseen reason we run late, we will endeavour to contact you and keep you informed. Towards that end, please let us know how we can contact you at short notice.

Health Insurance Rebates: Health insurers vary on what they pay and the level of cover helps determine this. Our team will help you with your health insurance rebates; however, we ask to remember that we are facilitating the transactions and ultimately it is your relationship with your insurer. To make it easier for health insurance members, we offer HICAPS so you can claim your health insurance rebate on-the-spot.

Appointments: Please feel free to come in early and avail yourself to the refreshments on offer, read a magazine, sit back and unwind with some relaxing music.

Payment: Payment is required on the day of service. For your convenience, we have EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities, as well as HICAPS for health insurance members (so please bring in your health insurance card). For eligible patients, financing is available via GE Care Credit.

Referrals: The best way for us to hear your praise is by referring your family, friends and colleagues to us. You know they will be in safe hands and we thank you in advance for entrusting their dental health to our practice.
